Requirements:
To qualify for this travel role in Arizona, applicants must meet the following:

Masters degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Active Arizona Occupational Therapy License from the AZ Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners

Current Arizona Department of Education fingerprint clearance card

Familiarity with IDEA, IEPs, and school-based intervention practices

At least one year of pediatric or school-based experience preferred
Job Duties:

Evaluate students motor, sensory, and adaptive skills using standardized tools

Develop and implement individualized therapy programs

Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to support student learning

Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with IEP goals

Provide consultative support and recommendations for classroom accessibility
